Nexem Staffing operates across multiple industries — production, administrative, construction, and everything in between — connecting job seekers with companies searching for the right employees. Their business workflows didn't fit standard job board platforms. They needed a highly customized website that served two distinct user types: job seekers searching and applying for positions, and employers posting and managing open roles. The platform needed to be intuitive enough for users in blue-collar industries while flexible enough to handle Nexem's specific business logic and growing operation.
