Fractional Marketing Director

We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, grow our brand awareness, and generate leads and sales. You will also lead and manage the marketing team, and work closely with other departments to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services, grow our brand awareness, and generate leads and sales
• Lead and manage the marketing team, including setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing feedback
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and public relations
• Manage the marketing budget and track ROI
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and develop new marketing strategies
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business goals

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Experience with developing and executing marketing strategies
• Experience with leading and managing a marketing team
• Experience with digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and public relations
• Experience with managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
