Project Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As an Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing software development projects for our clients. You will work closely with our software developers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects from start to finish
• Work with clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Develop and execute project plans
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Track progress and identify and mitigate risks
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting
• Experience in managing software development projects
• Strong understanding of the software development process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Bonus Points

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Experience with JIRA, Asana, Monday or other project management tools
• Experience with software development tools and technologies
• Experience with working with international clients and teams
